- Cancellation Policy: Guests must cancel reservations 21 days in advance of arrival and unit rented to receive deposit returned. Cancellations made less than 7 days must be filled to avoid being charged full rental fee. Reservation cancellation/change fee: $30.00.

- Deposit: Deposit will be refunded on cancellations if received within 21 days before arrival date if the cabins vacancy is filled.

- Guests are Responsible for damage to cabins and property during their stay.
